  • In the 2nd Continental Congress, 2 different things were decided upon during their time: Olive Branch Petition and Declaration of Independence. How were 2 VERY different things decided upon in the 2nd CC?
    First attempt was Peace with the Olive Branch. Declaring Independence occurred literally a year later in the same congress. Much had changed since.
