    Study a few more times. Then take some breaths and use self-talk, "I am ready!"

    Make sure you are exercising every day, not drinking caffeine, and take deep breaths while you imagine a calming activity, like floating in a still clear lake.

    Ask to get a drink of water, and Make sure you are getting to bed in time to get 8 hours of sleep every day.

    You should probably use an I statement to tell them how you feel. And decide if you want to still be friends. Hint: Good friends are hard to find.

    Journaling is a good way to talk out your feelings. You can also, draw, listen to music and/or clean your room.
