    Tyler did not get what he ordered. He could politely tell the waitress that he ordered a cheeseburger, not a grilled cheese.

    Your new friend called you by the wrong name. You could say, "My name is Piper!"

    Problem: Jack wants you to come over, but it is your moms birthday. You could explain why you can't come over and see if you can come over a different day.
