It will help understand how far apart places are.
What are Symbols?
Are small pictures, letters, lines, or colors that appear on a map. They need no explanation.
What are legends?
Is a key, it tells what map symbols stand for.
Which are the main direction in the compass rose?
North (N),
East (E)
South (S),
West (W).
