You are in a library, reading a really funny book. You laugh out loud and yell to your friend that she has to come and see what you were reading.

Not Respectful. You are only thinking about you own fun and not considering the need of others who are trying to read quietly.

Your friend misses the game winning goal. You yell that he is such an idiot for losing the game.

Not Respectful. The choice of words & tone is bad. When u do this you are not considering abt others' feelings. You can tell you are upset without being unkind.

A new boy has come to your class. He is not very fast in writing & talk. You observe this everyday but keep your opinions to your self. s in a very low voice.

RESPECTFUL. When I know that sharing my opinions might hurt someone's feelings, I will think before I speak.

Your parents say you cannot go to your friend's house. You are very angry because u disagree. You back answer in a loud voice and end up showing silent temper for the rest of the day.

Not Respectful. Even when u disagree you must respect your elders by talking to them calmly. If it is difficult for you to do that, you can ask some time alone
