Is it best to use "I-Statements" or "You-Statements" when talking about your feelings?
Always use "I-Statements." Avoid blaming "You-Statements."
If your friend says something mean to you ONE TIME, would you label them a bully?
No; share your feelings using an "I-Statement." If they continue to be mean to you, then it may be friendship bullying.
If you are jealous of your friend, what can you do?
Talk to them; talk to another friend or trusted adult; use positive self-talk (e.g., "I'm grateful because...")
