Tell the manager you know about the invoice. Make an offer and/or promise.
“The customer paid, but the payment came two weeks late. We had a problem with the report. Can you confirm the payment now?”
Say what you know about the late payment. Make a promise.
“We refunded a client yesterday, but the system shows two refunds, not one. The company lost money. Can you look at it?”
Show that you understand the double refund. Offer to take action.
