Rules: an accepted principle or instruction that states the way things are or should be done, and tells you what you are allowed or are not allowed to do.

break: to (cause something to) separate suddenly or violently into two or more pieces, or to (cause something to) stop working by being damaged

work alone - When someone works by himself or herself.

fine - good or good enough; healthy and well

drop litter - To drop rubbish on the ground in a public place.

Legal: connected with or allowed by the law.

obey: to act according to what you have been asked or ordered to do by someone in authority, or to behave according to a rule, law, or instruction.

Good Citizen; obeying rules and laws, helping others, voting in elections, telling an adult if someone is a danger to themselves or others, and being responsible for your own actions and how they affect others.

disobey - To refuse to do something that you are told to do.

ban -to forbid (= refuse to allow) something, especially officially.

Laws: a rule, usually made by a government, that is used to order the way in which a society behaves.

Bad Citizen: is primarily someone who doesn't care about others, their beliefs/values or culture. This is someone who can easily look away from the current issues going on in his/her environment.
