I shine up in the sky all glowing bright. Sometimes I am full on Halloween night. I move about and light the way for you. I am shaped like a circle and a finger nail too.

On Halloween night I go house to house I might be dressed up as a pirate or mouse. When an adult comes to the door or out on the street, I say to them "trick or treat!" Who am I?
