In 1875, Animal bones and ancient black wall paintings were discovered by Marcelino de Sautoala in Spain.

People who claim to have seen it described as large, muscular, bipedal ape-like creatures, roughly 6–9 feet (1.8–2.7 m) tall, covered in hair described as black, dark brown, or dark reddish.

If you visit this place today, you’ll see many of the enormous stones still standing strong in a circular arrangement. It’s one of the world’s most famous prehistoric monuments located in England.
