Kinds of Fish Found in Artificial Inland Waters

This is a large freshwater fish, a fast grower, and a vegetarian. It breeds freely and can survive extreme population. The upper body of gourami is more or less grayish, while its lower body is silvery or yellowish with the fins all dusky.

They are bright silvery fish of the open seas. Fully grown milkfish can measure from ¾ of a meter and half in length and can sometimes be as thick as a young boy’s thigh.

This is a hardy fish that attains maturity at about four months from fry stage.
