Verse 28: "... (The Ethiopian) was sitting in his chariot reading the Book of Isaiah, the prophet. Verse 29: "The Spirit said to Philip, "Go to that chariot and stay near it." WHAT DID THE SPIRIT TELL PHILIP?

Verse 30 "Then Philip ran up to the chariot and heard the man (the Ethiopian) reading Isaiah the prophet. "Do you understand what you are reading?" Philip asked. WHAT DID PHILIP ASK THE STRANGER?
Do you understand what you're reading?
Acts 8:31 "How can I," (understand it) he said (the Ethiopian), "unless someone explains it to me?" So he invited Philip to come up and sit with him." HOW DID THE MAN ANSWER HIM? WHAT HAPPENED AS A RESULT?
He said he didn't understand & asked Philip to sit with him
