How does your body tell you that you're feeling mad or angry?
Face feels hot, muscles get tense or tighten, clenched fists, wanting to scream or yell, wanting to punch/kick/throw
You are making loud noises while playing on the iPad at school, another student says to you "can you please stop?". What should you do?
Try to stop making noises, lower your voice, or ask to play the iPad in an area where you can make louder noises.
A classmate is doing something that makes you upset or mad. What should you do?
Use a coping strategy and ignore them, ask staff for help, talk to staff, ask them nicely to "please stop"
