They learned reading, writing and how to play the lyre. They could also learn philosophy, drama, poetry, history, art, math, and how to play the aulos.
WHAT DID SPARTAN BOYS LEARN AT SCHOOL?
Everything they learned was centered on military objectives, so they learned survival skills and they were trained to be great soldiers.
