You arrive at the hotel, but the receptionist can’t find your reservation. Receptionist: "Hi, we have no record of your reservation under _____. Could there be a mistake?" Guest:
"Could you check again? I’d like to make sure my reservation is still active."
You’re tired after a long trip, but your room isn’t ready yet. Receptionist: "I’m sorry, your room isn’t ready yet. Would you like to wait in the lobby?" Guest:
"Can I leave my luggage at the reception and explore the city for a while?"
You check into your room, but the air conditioning doesn’t work. Guest:
"Hi, the AC in my room isn’t working. Could I get someone to fix it?"
