    Any of the tools we learned - take a break, talk about it, get a drink of water, take deep breaths, count to 10, etc.
  • How can you ask for a break? What does a break look like?
    You can use your words and tell your teacher that you need a break. You can turn away from your screen and take deep breaths.
  • If you feel very angry and feel like screaming, what can you do to calm down?
    Ask for a break, excuse yourself, come back calm and use your words.
