What happens if you write too many words in a writing paper?
Nothing- you aren't penalised but you have more of a chance of going off track content -wise or making more mistakes.
What happens if you don't reach the minimum word limit in a writing?
If you have covered all the content points it's ok.
Would you tell your students to write a draft in pencil and then go over it in pen?
This is not a good idea.
