Instead of saying "he or she" when you want to refer to non-specific person, you can say.........
They. E.g. "A doctor has to complete five years of training. They also need to....."
"Really" is formal enough for essays - true or false?
False - really is VERY informal.
"Thus, big cities allow youth to course, for instance, film or dance studies." What's the mistake? Can you suggest a correction?
We don't have a verb "to course". "To pursue" would be the best substitute here.
