(א) Why does it say the יעקב "saw" - he wasn't in מצרים to see that there was food?

He "saw" with Ruach Hakodesh that there was something to hope for in Mitzrayim (not knowing that it was really Yosef)

(ב) Why did יעקב use the word "רדו" and not "לכו" - go? (רש"י)

רדו = 210 years they would be in Mitzrayim

(ג) Why are they called אחי יוסף and not sons of Yaakov? (רש"י)

They regretted selling him and decided to act with him like brothers and redeem him at any cost
