Mindy loves books about aliens. She tells her friend Bill about the book she read last night. Bill says, "You read so many alien books! Maybe YOU'RE an alien!" Bill makes silly alien noises, and Mindy laughs.

Mia and Ben are in class together. "Your shirt is ugly," Mia says. "Please stop," Ben says. "That isn't nice." He seems hurt. Mia says, "I'm just saying, yellow is an ugly color. Blegh!" Ben starts to cry.

John's teacher asked him a question in class, and he gave the wrong answer. The boys who sit in front of John start to laugh. John feels embarrassed and looks at the floor. "He never gets the right answer," says one of the boys.

Carlos tripped and fell during gym class. Later that day, a group of boys point at him and say, "Look! There's the kid who fell!" They laugh, and Carlos feels embarrassed. He frowns and walks away.

Mike is hanging out with his friends when suddenly, he burps loudly! His friends laugh, and one of them says, "Haha, you sounded like a frog!" Mike laughs and makes his best frog sound: Ribbit!

Dan and Lily are playing when Dan trips and falls. "Are you okay?" Lily asks. "Yeah, I'm good," Dan replies. "That was kinda funny," Lily laughs. "Haha, yeah!" Dan laughs, too.

Courtney is in class when two girls she doesn't know start pointing at her and laughing. "What's funny?" she asks. The girl says, "None of your business, loser." Courtney feels hurt and starts to cry.

Sarah runs up to her friend on the playground. She taps her friend's shoulder, sticks out her tongue, and says, "You can't catch me!" before running away. Her friend laughs and chases after her.
