Don’t leave the doors open to the outside for too long, and try to keep air conditioning/heat contained in the house to conserve on the amount of energy you have to use.

Use only a few rooms in the house as necessary to limit cleaning too many rooms.

Turn off the TV when you aren’t watching it.

Turn off the water while brushing your teeth

Avoid stretching, bending and twisting

Remember to turn off lights when you leave a room.

Finish doing the same type tasks before starting another one.

Unplug appliances in each room when you leave, such as your cell phone charger and your stereo.

Clean the upstairs first before downstairs.

Don't run the hose while washing your car
