Tolerance: the ability or willingness to tolerate something, in particular the existence of opinions or behavior that one does not necessarily agree with. He has tolerance.

Access: a means of approaching or entering a place. I had access to the park.

Scarcity: Scarcity refers to the most basic economic problem: the gap between limited—that is, scarce—resources and theoretically limitless wants. This country has scarcity of resources.

Education: the process of receiving or giving systematic instruction, especially at a school or university. Children have access to education.
